Sunday Worship at 10.30am: No Communion: Our Pastor, Vijay Pillai will be continuing the series on The Parables, preaching on the Worth of the Kingdom from Matt 13.44-46. Malcolm Webb will lead worship.

Children’s Church @ ACF. Usual Sunday morning activities for children are: Age 3-P2’s in the DJ Team room (by the crèche); P3-P4’s in the coffee hall; P5-6’s are in the cube room; *Parents, please pick your children up after the service* ; Ignite: P7-S2’s meets in the youth room at the front of the main hall. All groups run from 11am to 12 noon.

Home Groups: Meet throughout the city. Please speak with Pete Henderson or contact the office for further details.

Youth @ ACF

Diesel (S3-S6) Weekly Youth Bible Study is on a Monday Night 7.00-9.00pm.

Fuel (P7-S3) Weekly Youth Cafe meets on a Thursday night from 7.00-9.00pm.

Ladies Bible Study: Every Monday from 9.30am to 11.30am. This session the group will be doing a lifebuilder study on Colossians and Philemon. The study is introduction says, “We all long for more – more wisdom, more maturity, more power, more faith. These New Testament books were written to meet our deepest needs. As you dig deeper into the depths of their wisdom you will discover how to find lasting fulfillment in Christ.”

New members are very welcome and we will have spare study guides available for anyone who hasn’t been before. It is a very relaxed group and we have tea and coffee before we study and a prayer time at the end. Single & Parenting: Help and hope for single parents. 7.00pm every Tuesday to May 15th. There aren’t many people who truly understand the unique challenges single parents face. You deeply desire to do what’s best for your kids, but sometimes it’s all you can do to survive from one day to the next. Single & Parenting is a special weekly group that will bring hope to your life. We’d love for you to join us.Creche/child minding facilities are available at the church if required. Prayer Meeting and Bible Study: Tuesdays 7.30pm to 9.00pm. This week we will be joined by Wilma Sommerville, who will tell of her work in and with a children’s orphanage in Romania which she and her late husband founded.

Young Adults Group (YAGS) is for those S6/17years old, students and young professionals. We meet 9-10.30pm every Tuesday for hot chocolate, a catch up and Bible study. For further information contact Gillian MacKenzie on gillian@aberdeencf.com

Mainly Music is a fun music time for parents/caregivers and their preschool children, followed by coffee and free play session. It meets every Thursday from 10.00am-11.15am during term time. If you are interested in coming along, please e-mail Pamela at maclure13@gmail.com

Seniors Friday: Held every Friday from 10.30am to 12 noon. Food, quizzes, teas, coffees and laughter. Speak to Brian or Rona Boyd for further information or contact the church office.

Future Events at ACF:

Sunday worship at 10.30am on 4 March. Communion: Pastor Vijay Pillai will be preaching on ‘New wine and old wineskins’ from Matt 9. 14-17. Brian Boyd will lead worship. There will be a baby dedication during this service.

Tumaini Fund Scotland A big thank you to everyone who has brought in their rags for Tumaini, we have appreciated every contribution. We have decided to stop collecting rags.However, if you would still like to support Tumaini in another way please speak to Donna.
