Sunday worship at 10.30am on 31 May. (No Communion) Pastor Vijay Pillai will bring God’s Word, Elaine Henderson will lead worship, and there will be a church lunch after the service.
Children@ACF. Our Sunday morning activities for children are: Age 3 – P1 in the DJ Team room (by the creche): P2-4 in the coffee hall; P5 & P6 are in the cube room; *Parents, please pick your children up after the service* ; Ignite: P7 – S2 Bible Study meets in the youth room at the front of the main hall. All groups run from 11am to 12 noon.
Sunday evening services are held on the first and third Sundays each month, commencing at 6.30pm. The next service will be on 7 June when Susan Boyd will be speaking.
Youth activities:
The Step, Youth Cafe (S1-S6) is on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday lunchtime from 12.30-1.20pm.
Fuel (P7-S3) Youth Cafe meets Fortnightly on a Friday Night from 7-9pm. Diesel (S3-S6) Weekly Youth Bible Study is on a Monday Night 7-9pm.
On the 1st and 3rd Sundays of every month after the evening service all the youth meet around at the Webbs from 7.45-9pm for a social. It is open to anyone in P7-S6.

Women’s Bible Study: Mondays at 9.30am. This term the book by Joyce Meyer, ‘Battlefield of the mind’ will be studied. Ladies, please feel free to join this group. Creche provided.
Tuesdays at 7.30pm. Vijay Pillai will resume the study of the book of Hebrews. Aileen Johnstone will lead the time of prayer.
Mainly Music: Mainly Music is a fun music time for parents/caregivers and their preschool children, followed by coffee and free play session. It meets every Thursday from 10.00am -11.15am during school term time. If you are interested in coming along, please contact or speak to Donna Cuthill.
Seniors Friday: Held every Friday from 10.30am to 12 noon. Food,quizzes,teas,coffees and a blether. Speak to Bert or Beth Wilson for further information.

Messy Church: Is held on the first Sunday of every month from 4pm to 6pm. Next Messy Church is Sunday 7 June 2015. Messy Church is open to all children aged 3 to 11 years, Messy Church will include a wide range of appropriate activities for the children, who will also have some food together. Baptismal Service: There will be a baptismal service on Sunday 14 June. If you are considering baptism, or would like to know more about adult baptism, which we practice at ACF, please speak with Vijay

NEPAL EARTHQUAKE DISASTER – Appeal from BMS
By now you will have seen or heard of the devastating earthquake that struck Nepal over the weekend. With 21 mission workers currently serving in Nepal (all of whom are safe and well), BMS will naturally be responding. We know that you are praying.
The scale of the disaster is huge, and its effects are, as ever in such situations, far worse for the poor among whom our workers and partners serve. That is why we are asking churches to pray and to give to support our work on the ground in Nepal.
Your giving can make all the difference at this critical time. All donations will be used wisely as part of a co-ordinated response of international Christian organisations and our long-term partners in Nepal.
Individuals can donate online by visiting our Nepal earthquake appeal page (please share widely through social media), download and print Gift Aid forms. By doing so, you can make your gifts go even further by giving under Gift Aid. The people of Nepal desperately need your help. Please join with us in immediate relief efforts and long-term disaster recovery by supporting this appeal.
ACF FOOD BANK: To support The Lighthouse and others in need, food items such as cereal, sugar,tea, coffee, biscuits, and tins/jars/packets of soup, meat, meals, vegetables, together with household cleaning items and toiletries, can be donated. Plastic collecting bins will be in the foyer for this purpose.
RECYCLING FOR TUMAINI: With effect from Sunday 3 May, ACF will be collecting clothes and drink cans for recycling, the proceeds going to support the work of Tumaini. There will be a collecting bucket in the foyer. Every donation helps.
