Children@ACF. Our Sunday morning activities for children are: Age 3 – P1 in the DJ Team room (by the crèche): P2-P3 in the coffee hall; P4, P5 & P6 are in the cube room; *Parents, please pick your children up after the service* ; Ignite: P7 – S2 Bible Study meets in the youth room at the front of the main hall. All groups run from 11am to 12 noon. Please note there will be no Ignite on 17, 24 and 31 July, and 7 August.
Home Groups: Meet on the second and fourth weeks each month. There are groups on a Sunday, and on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings.Please speak to Pete Henderson for further details.
Fuel (P7-S3) Weekly Youth Cafe meets on a Thursday night from 7.00-9.00pm.
Diesel (S3-S6) Weekly Youth Bible Study is on a Monday Night 7.00-9.00pm.
On the 1st and 3rd Sundays of every month after the evening service all the youth meet around at the Webbs from 7.45-9.00pm for a social. It is open to anyone in P7-S6.

Women’s Bible Study: Mondays at 9.30am during term time. This term, the book by Francis Chan called Crazy Love will be the basis of the study. The group meets in the cube room and pre school crèche is available. Please speak with Annabel if you are interested in attending.
Prayer Meeting and Bible Study: Tuesdays 7.30pm to 9.00pm. Vijay will be leading the study in Exodus and Global Impact the prayer time.
Mainly Music: Mainly Music is a fun music time for parents/caregivers and their preschool children, followed by coffee and free play session. It meets every Thursday from 10.00am -11.15am during school term time. If you are interested in coming along, please contact or speak to Donna Cuthill.
Seniors Friday: Held every Friday from 10.30am to 12 noon. Food, quizzes, teas, coffees and laughter. Speak to Bert or Beth Wilson for further information.

Step Out: “Step Out” is ACF’s summer holiday club, with events for both children and youth on offer from July 4th-8th.
In the mornings, children ages 4 up to current P6’s are welcome to sign up to be part of our ‘Guardians of Ancora’ club, which will meet from 10am to 12noon each morning. During the week we will explore some stories of Jesus through songs, drama, games, craft and more! Messy Church: Is usually held on the first Sunday of every month from 4pm to 6pm. However due to the summer holiday activities there is no Messy Church in July or August – it will return on September 4th with a special event featuring author and storyteller Renita Boyle
Messy Church is open to all children aged 3 to 11 years, and will include a wide range of appropriate activities for the children, who will also have some food together. Messy Church is a great opportunity for children to invite their friends to something where they will hear the gospel, and their parents might just also, so if you’re not in the habit of taking the children, please consider it. LIV Village Choir, South Africa: Come and hear the incredible story of how LIV Village in Durban, South Africa began. Be inspired as their teenage choir shares of God’s faithfulness and how they would like to build more villages to transform the lives of even more orphans.
The concert is on Saturday 13th August at 7.30pm. Tickets are £10 per Adult and £3.50 for 16 year olds and under. Please contact Gillian MacKenzie for tickets.
Annual Church Picnic: Will be held this year after morning worship on Sunday 14 August at the Duthie Park.

Praise Gathering: Praise Gathering will be returning to the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall on Saturday 25 June and Sunday 26 June.
Over 140 churches are represented in the 350-voice choir and we will be joined by special guests Jogvan Zachariassen from the Faroe Isles, Onaje Jefferson (a former soloist with the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir) and Bethany Cranfield (nee Goodine) from Texas.

Baptist Union of Scotland Assembly: ‘Gazing on God’s Glory’, Thursday 27 and Friday 28 October 2016, Rothes Hall, Glenrothes. Flyers giving details of the Assembly are available in the church foyer. An early booking discount is available for bookings made and paid for before 30 June.
ACF FOOD BANK: To support The Lighthouse and others in need, food items such as cereal, sugar,tea, coffee, biscuits, and tins/jars/packets of soup, meat, meals, vegetables, together with household cleaning items and toiletries, can be donated. Plastic collecting bins will be in the foyer for this purpose.
RECYCLING FOR TUMAINI: ACF is collecting clothes and drink cans for recycling, the proceeds going to support the work of Tumaini. There is a collecting bucket in the foyer. Every donation helps.
