Confident Christianity
Dear brothers & sisters in Christ,
I would like to bring to your attention an exciting and important conference coming to Aberdeen on Saturday 1st June.
The Confident Christianity Conference Aberdeen is run by SOLAS Centre for Public Christianity and hosted by Hebron Evangelical Church in partnership with Aberdeen Christian Fellowship, Deeside Christian Fellowship, Gerrard Street Baptist Church, and, Gilcomston Church.
The event is for all Christians who want to be better equipped to share their faith in an age of tough questions. There is a wonderful line up of speakers with sessions covering:
Andy Bannister: “How to talk about Jesus without looking like an idiot”
“Are we matter or do we matter?”
Mark Stirling: “Everyone believes something”
“Can I disagree without being disagreeable?”
David Galloway: “Life’s design: The real deal or an illusion?”
“Can science explain everything?”
Max Baker-Hytch: “What can historians tell us about Jesus?”
“Why isn’t God more obvious?”
Tickets for the event are available through from the Facebook event page here: https://www.facebook.com/events/341424516478213/
