Children’s Church @ ACFSunday morning activities for children are: Age 3-P2’s in the DJ Team room (by the crèche); P3-P4’s in the coffee hall; P5-6’s are in the cube room; *Parents, please pick your children up after the service* ; Ignite: P7-S2’s meets in the youth room at the front of the main hall. All groups run from 11am to 12 noon.

Youth @ ACF

Diesel (S3-S6) Weekly Youth Bible Study is on a Monday Night 7.00-9.00pm.

Fuel (P7-S3) Weekly Youth Cafe meets on a Thursday night from 7.00-9.00pm.

On the 1st and 3rd Sundays of every month the youth meet at the Webb’s from 7.45-9.00pm for a social. It is open to anyone in P7-S6.

Ladies Bible Study: Every Monday during term time from 9.30-11.30am. This term we will be studying Ephesians: God’s Big Plan for Christ’s New People by Thabiti Anyabwile.

New members would be very welcome and we will have spare study guides available for anyone who hasn’t been before. It is a very relaxed group and we have tea and coffee before we study and a prayer time at the end. There is a crèche for preschool children. If you would like any more information about the group please see Annabel or Isabel after church or email Annabel on belle@belleturner.com

Prayer Meeting and Bible Study: Tuesdays 7.30pm to 9.00pm. This week Pastor Vijay Pillai will lead our Bible Study, and Calum MacKenzie will lead the prayer time.

Young Adults Group (YAGS) is for those S6/17years old, students and young professionals. We meet 9-10.30pm every Tuesday for hot chocolate, a catch up and Bible study. For further information contact Gillian MacKenzie on gillian@aberdeencf.com

Mainly Music is a fun music time for parents/caregivers and their preschool children, followed by coffee and free play session. It meets every Thursday from 10.00am-11.15am during term time. If you are interested in coming along, please speak to Pamela Maclure or David Young.

Seniors Friday: Held every Friday from 10.30am to 12 noon. Food, quizzes, teas, coffees and laughter. Speak to Bert or Beth Wilson for further information or contact the church office.

Home Groups: Meet throughout the city on the second and fourth Sundays, and Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings of the month. Please speak with Pete Henderson or contact the office for further details.

Christmas Fayre, from 12noon-1pm on 3 December. Our annual fayre in aid of the Tumaini Fund. Come along to buy crafts and baking after the morning service, with all money going to this good cause.

‘Steve the Shepherd’ Christmas Musical, from 3-4pm on 9 December. The ‘Out of the Box’ team present this original Christmas story for all the family, featuring puppets, songs, and more! Please invite friends, family, and neighbours to this event!

Seniors’ Christmas Party, from 10:30am on 15 December. Christmas food, singing, and a quiz!

Carols in the Car Park, from 7-8pm on 15 December. Join us for Christmas carolling in the ACF car park, featuring the Albyn School Choir & Orchestra.

Family Nativity Service, from 10:30am on 17 December. 

Youth Christmas Party, for P7-S6’s, from 5-9pm on 18 December. Our youth groups at ACF will be joining together for a night of food, games, quizzing and a Christmas movie.

Christmas Eve Service & Lunch, from 10:30am on 24 December.

Caf4e@Credo is a new Coffee Shop at 14-20 John Street. Open from 9am to 4pm and operated by Christians, the shop provides a friendly, relaxing,calming and spacious place to meet. Free WiFi and student deals available.

Recycling for Tumaini: ACF is collecting clothes for recycling, the proceeds going to support the work of Tumaini. There is a collecting bucket in the foyer. Every donation helps.

Christmas Hampers: Donations are currently being received for our annual hamper appeal. Non-perishable food items can be dropped off at the church up until December 3rd, after which time the hampers will be distributed to those in need in our community.
